Eating at a Thai restaurant in L.A. introduced me to some new fare — Thai Tea and panang curry. Both were equally delicious.
A strong, sweet and spiced iced tea. It has a milky flavor and rich texture. The common blend of black tea, milk and spices are a nice compliment to spicy Thai food (or the less-spicy panang curry, which is made with coconut milk).
